Technology Contracts Specialist (SaaS / CLM / Sales Support)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Contracts Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements in a fast‑moving technology environment. The role works closely with Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations to ensure contracts are processed efficiently while complying with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle from intake to execution and final distribution.
• Draft, review, edit and negotiate commercial agreements, amendments, renewals and Schedule A documents.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance and other teams to facilitate timely contract execution.
• Review customer redlines, negotiate non‑standard language and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate approvals, signature routing and maintain accurate records in the CLM platform.
• Identify contractual risks, escalate when needed and support process‑improvement initiatives.
• Track contract status, priorities, deadlines and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in contract administration or commercial contracts.
• Proven experience managing the full contract lifecycle using CLM systems.
• Strong background drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting sales organizations and working directly with legal teams.
• Advanced written and verbal English.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
