Senior Associate Program Manager, Compliance & Integrity

About the role

To operate at scale as an AI‑first company, we are seeking an operational‑excellence thinker to collaborate with the Compliance & Integrity Team pillars of Privacy & Data Protection, Responsible AI and Integrity. This role will focus on executing compliance workstreams that are common and critical to these pillars, including workmate and customer advisory support.

Key responsibilities

• Execute customer advisory compliance support workstreams across Responsible AI, Privacy & Data Protection and Integrity, reviewing due‑diligence requirements of third‑party suppliers or partners.
• Support customer and prospect questionnaires focused on privacy and data compliance to meet vendor requirements.
• Conduct compliance reviews related to internal tooling and workmate relocation requests.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to handle high‑volume workloads using enterprise and AI tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor for internal partners, responding to queries about compliance and integrity policies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, finance or a related field.
• General understanding of compliance and risk‑management programs.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
