About the role
The Technology Analyst will support Supplier Risk management within the Graphite Connect tool, working in an agile SAFe environment. The role involves testing, creating test cases, gathering requirements, and ensuring system functionality meets business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and produce functional documentation.
- Design, validate, monitor and execute comprehensive system tests; create detailed test cases.
- Deliver user stories, spikes and defects according to iteration priorities and the Definition of Done.
- Participate in all Scrum ceremonies and update Jira with accurate status information.
- Support production deployments, issue management and system stabilisation, and provide user training and ongoing support.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with SAFe methodology and agile development practices.
- Knowledge of supplier management processes and master data management.
Required skills
- REST API analysis, documentation and testing using Postman.
- SQL querying.
- Power BI for data visualisation.
- Testing automation tools.
- Jira for project tracking.
