Python LLM Application Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ engineers, is hiring a Python LLM Application Engineer. The role designs and delivers modern, AI-native applications by integrating production-grade Large Language Models into software systems, combining intelligent model capabilities with scalable engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy production-grade LLM applications using modern frameworks.
• Build robust integrations with AI model APIs and backend services.
• Design structured orchestration workflows, memory systems and autonomous agent architectures.
• Implement evaluation strategies and performance monitoring to ensure reliable application outputs.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn intelligent capabilities into scalable features.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering or a related field.
• Proven expertise in developing LLM applications with Python and LangChain.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks and AI application development.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
