Technical Support Representative

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Technical Support Representative to partner with engineers, scientists, and technical professionals, helping them succeed with NI products and solutions. You will provide multi‑channel support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to knowledge resources in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support to customers via phone, email, and web‑based channels.
• Receive, document, and route technical inquiries to appropriate teams.
• Validate customer support entitlements and handle exceptions.
• Create and maintain accurate customer records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product activation, installation, implementation, and maintenance.
• Own customer interactions through resolution, coordinating with internal teams.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining clear communication.
• Capture, document, and share technical knowledge in knowledge‑base content.
