Salesforce Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Development Manager to own the Salesforce platform end‑to‑end, lead global CRM projects and coach a team of developers and administrators.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, develop and support the Salesforce platform, including Lightning, Apex and Visualforce.
• Lead CRM projects from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Design and maintain integrations with systems such as Marketo, Loopio and the corporate website.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, global teams to roll out solutions across all regions.
• Drive process improvement, system audits and upgrade readiness, and create user playbooks and training.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
• Proven track record leading Salesforce projects and teams in a multi‑region environment.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage stakeholders.
• Experience with agile delivery and handling multiple priorities.
• Fluent English communication with global teams.

Required skills

• Salesforce (Lightning, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce).
• Integration experience with Marketo, Loopio and web platforms.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications.
