Lead Engineer Salesforce AI Agentforce

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Lead Engineer to drive responsible AI innovation on Salesforce platforms, focusing on Agentforce and Einstein capabilities. You will shape AI governance, enable safe AI agent deployment, and ensure compliance across global business units.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce AI governance policies, ethical guidelines, and compliance standards for Salesforce AI, including Agentforce and Einstein.
• Review AI toolsets and use cases for regulatory, privacy, security, and business readiness, establishing guardrails for agent design and human oversight.
• Partner with data, security, legal, and compliance teams to ensure accurate, permission‑aware grounding data and alignment with enterprise policies.
• Audit AI agent usage, performance, bias risk, and outcomes, providing remediation actions and continuous improvement of governance standards.

Required profile

• Strong ability to assess AI risk and make balanced decisions without hindering innovation.
• Excellent communication skills to translate AI governance into actionable guidance for technical and senior leadership audiences.
• Proven cross‑functional influence, building alignment across business, data, security, legal, and architecture stakeholders.

Required skills

• Salesforce Agentforce concepts and design patterns.
• Salesforce Einstein and AI‑enabled CRM capabilities.
• Salesforce Data Cloud as an AI data foundation.
• AI/ML governance frameworks and responsible AI principles.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Understanding of LLM capabilities, hallucination risk, and prompt engineering.
