Tech Generalist – Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Capchase is looking for a Tech Generalist who will own the full stack of its financing platform, from customer‑facing interfaces to core financial services. You will work in a remote‑first environment, shaping architecture, building reliable systems and influencing product direction from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain end‑to‑end systems across frontend and backend, supporting both customer workflows and internal tools.
• Evolve architecture for scalability, reliability and security, balancing speed with long‑term maintainability.
• Own core financial components such as payment orchestration, ledger infrastructure, underwriting engines and real‑time deal tracking.
• Integrate third‑party financial APIs to automate data ingestion, risk evaluation and cash movement.
• Lead by example through high‑quality code reviews, mentorship and the promotion of clean, well‑tested code.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience shipping production‑scale software.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to design solutions that scale beyond a single use case.
• Pragmatic problem‑solver who prioritises business impact over technical novelty.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, distributed team and handling ambiguity.
