Junior RPA Developer – UiPath, Python, .NET

About the role

The RPA/AI Equifax Team is seeking a motivated Junior RPA Developer to join an innovative automation group. You will work with a talented technical team to design, build, and maintain high‑impact robotic process automation solutions, primarily using UiPath.

Key responsibilities

• Build and implement RPA solutions using UiPath, Python, and .NET technologies.
• Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and troubleshooting for deployed bots.
• Perform testing and quality‑assurance activities for new automation releases.
• Assist in designing automation modules and create clear technical documentation.
• Apply software‑engineering principles and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate automation with existing corporate platforms.
• Continuously learn new technologies and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 months of experience in software programming or development.
• Hands‑on exposure (6+ months) to cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience (6+ months) with SQL and ETL processes.
• Minimum 6 months of experience with RPA software, preferably UiPath.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
