Team Lead – Master Data

About the role

The Team Lead – Master Data is the subject‑matter expert for customer master data processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data maintenance across SAP systems. You will coordinate daily operations, support analysts, and translate master‑data strategy into consistent execution while partnering with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily master‑data activities, prioritize workload, and monitor throughput, service levels, and data quality.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer setup and change requests, reviewing and approving setups, extensions, and data‑cleansing activities.
• Partner with Billing, Credit/Collections, Sales, and IT to resolve data‑related issues and identify process gaps.
• Support implementation of enhancements, standard work, and documentation updates.
• Train, coach, and onboard new analysts, providing feedback and best‑practice guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounts receivable, credit, or customer collections.
• Experience with customer collections and accounts receivable processes.
