Senior Specialist, Design

About the role

JLL is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to partner with its business and service lines, creating compelling visual communications that drive the brand forward. You will design high‑impact materials, especially customized research reports and marketing collateral, supporting global real‑estate teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop research reports, property brochures, flyers, 2D maps, site plans, floor plans, and building illustrations that follow JLL’s brand standards.
• Collaborate with research teams, marketers, art directors, and managers across multiple service lines to translate business requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery under deadline pressure.
• Mentor team members by reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
• Create and maintain high‑quality visual content for both digital and print communications, ensuring consistent brand perception.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or communications agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real‑estate related deliverables such as maps, site plans, floor plans, and property marketing materials.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• High‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Fundamental graphic design principles and branding concepts.
• Experience creating maps, site plans, floor plans, and property illustrations.
