Product Designer

About the role

Zicasso is seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead design efforts for its B2C and B2B web applications and internal platform. This fully‑remote freelance role reports to the Senior Product Manager and works closely with engineering and stakeholders to deliver user‑centered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in product strategy discussions and help shape the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering managers to define and implement innovative solutions for new web applications.
• Establish and promote Product Design best practices to raise design culture maturity.
• Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Prepare detailed handoff documentation with design files, component specs, and interaction behaviors.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and data‑driven decisions.
• Maintain a consistent visual language aligned with the brand and design system.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of leading initiatives.
• Strong passion for travel and creating exceptional user experiences.
• Experience working remotely and in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• Expertise in UI design, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies.
