About the role
We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to work closely with Entry Level Talent Advisors, focusing on sourcing, identifying, and evaluating a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain clear and effective communication via email, phone, and sourcing platforms.
- Leverage innovative sourcing strategies to address niche and hard‑to‑fill requirements.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in sourcing.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and external sourcing tools.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience with ATS platforms.
- Use of sourcing tools such as Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Handshake.
