People Analytics Manager

About the role

Omnidian is seeking a People Analytics Manager to help the company make data‑driven decisions about hiring, development, rewards, and retention. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will partner with People Business Partners, Recruiting, L&D, Finance and global leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Build reliable reporting across engagement, recruiting, workforce planning, and organizational health.
• Connect data from Lattice, Rippling, and recruiting systems to identify trends and inform leaders.
• Lead total rewards analysis, including equity and cap‑table forecasting, compensation benchmarking, and linking rewards to engagement.
• Partner with People Business Partners, Recruiting, and L&D to translate findings into workforce plans and program improvements.
• Use AI tools efficiently while ensuring data quality and validation.
• Support teams in extracting value from Rippling, Lattice, Carta, and Pave as an analytics partner.
• Proactively surface emerging risks and opportunities, such as talent pipeline gaps or reward program adjustments.

Required profile

• 5‑9+ years in people analytics, total rewards, or a related HR discipline.
• Hands‑on equity administration experience (Carta or similar) and cap‑table modeling.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking tools (Pave, Radford, Mercer or comparable).
• Comfort working across HRIS, engagement/performance platforms, and ATS as a power user.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and excellent written English.
• Ability to work autonomously across time zones and use AI tools responsibly.
