Talent & People Operations Analyst

About the role

Infoya is seeking a bilingual, highly organized Talent & People Operations Analyst to support the rapid growth of its Costa Rica Development Centre. This hands‑on position sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, employee experience, and day‑to‑day business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, managing candidate communication, interview scheduling, and documentation.
• Maintain an organized recruitment pipeline using Zoho Recruit.
• Partner with hiring managers and global teams to align hiring priorities and timelines.
• Create a welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
• Oversee daily office operations, vendor relationships, facilities, and employee requests.
• Manage office equipment and asset inventory in coordination with Procurement and IT.
• Support legal, banking, payroll, and Free Trade Zone documentation.
• Coordinate timesheets and employee data for payroll processing.
• Organize team events, staff meetings, and leadership visits.
• Prepare weekly updates on recruitment, operations, and key priorities for leadership.
