Trainee Recruiter – Remote Entry-Level Position

About the role
We are looking for a Young Professional to join BairesDev as a Trainee Recruiter. This remote, entry‑level position offers the chance to learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition while supporting experienced recruiters throughout the hiring cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Post job openings on various job boards and career platforms.
- Support candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other tools to build talent pipelines.
- Review applications and assist senior recruiters with initial resume screening.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field, or currently pursuing one.
- Genuine interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
- Proactive, organized and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
