Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

Infillion is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join its Talent team in Costa Rica. The role will support end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers across a fast‑moving global advertising technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Own coordination of high‑volume and junior‑level hiring from brief to offer, including sourcing, CV screening and interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline tracking in the applicant tracking system.
• Communicate regularly with candidates and hiring managers, providing updates and feedback across multiple time zones.
• Draft offer letters, collect documentation and coordinate pre‑employment checks.
• Post and promote vacancies on relevant job boards and specialist ad‑tech communities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR coordination or talent acquisition support.
• Working knowledge of the digital media and advertising ecosystem or a strong interest in programmatic advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment with shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) or HRIS platform.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for scheduling and productivity.
• Use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
