Talent Acquisition Team Lead

About the role

JLL Business Services, the internal shared services business line, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to oversee a team of high-volume recruiters across its main business functions in the Americas region. The role is based in Heredia, Costa Rica, and combines people leadership with process excellence to deliver a world-class hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop recruiters through regular 1:1s, requisition reviews and performance check-ins, covering sourcing, stakeholder engagement, candidate experience and process optimization.
• Manage workload allocation so requisitions are evenly distributed, and support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and a sense of belonging.
• Own performance metrics, KPI dashboards and systems optimization to drive data-informed decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders across the Americas region, leading talent acquisition initiatives and change management to deliver measurable business results.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in international settings, including the US.
• At least 2 years leading high-volume recruiters (direct reports), with proven coaching and performance-driving ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS, MS Excel and MS Teams is required.
• Knowledge of Workday and Smartsheet is highly preferred.
• Preferred: additional languages and knowledge of other collaboration technologies.
