Talent Acquisition Sourcer Lead

About the role

Equifax is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer Lead to shape and amplify its employer brand across global markets. You will craft compelling social media content, showcase employee stories, and drive talent attraction for more than 24 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of employer‑branding social media content, including videos, photos, and blog posts.
• Identify and tell engaging stories from Equifax’s 13,000+ employees that reflect the brand promise.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Marketing, Talent Acquisition and other business units to increase brand awareness in key talent markets.
• Develop and execute a cohesive social‑media strategy supporting recruiting efforts worldwide.
• Partner with TA leaders to devise creative approaches for attracting top talent.
• Provide social‑media coverage for major corporate events.
• Track, measure and report on the impact of employer‑branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate employer branding and social media.
• At least 2 years creating employer‑branding content for HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 2 years working in a global enterprise environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Social Studio.
• Proficiency with Hootsuite.
• Experience directing and creating video content for employer branding.
