Systems & DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes + On-Prem Infrastructure)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking a Systems & DevOps Engineer to join a U.S. client’s team on a remote, project‑based basis. You will work closely with designers and engineers, supporting both on‑premise and cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Linux servers in enterprise production environments.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot TCP/IP networks, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPNs, firewalls and SSL/TLS.
• Manage enterprise load balancers, preferably F5 BIG‑IP.
• Maintain virtualized infrastructure, including host, cluster and resource management.
• Support storage solutions and SAN platforms such as Pure Storage.
• Operate web stack components (Apache, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB) and NoSQL databases like Couchbase.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Work with AWS and hybrid cloud environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms.
• Monitor systems using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Automate tasks with Bash, Python and Ansible scripts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, systems or network engineering.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
