Supply Chain Analyst – Inventory Control for AWS Infrastructure

About the role

The Inventory Control Analyst will support operational activities related to inventory management for AWS infrastructure supply chain operations, ensuring accurate records and efficient processes across data centers, hubs, and partner integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and execute daily allocation processes and manage inventory holds and releases.
• Review and resolve invoices on hold, creating purchase orders with AWS approval workflows.
• Prepare executive summaries, track key inventory metrics, and maintain documentation of processes.
• Support business reviews with data‑driven insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, or related field.
• Related studies in Business Administration, Logistics, or Accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Experience with inventory management systems and large‑dataset analysis.
