Business Operations Analyst

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support supply chain processes for a regional or global business unit. This hybrid position requires working on average two days per week from an HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations and shipping.
• Produce reports using IT systems, analyze data to develop supply and demand trends, and communicate findings to management.
• Gather demand data from country, regional and account managers to support demand planning.
• Collaborate with regional and global planning teams to maintain and improve business processes.
• Review performance metrics regularly, identify improvement opportunities, and research priority projects.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a supply chain function.
• Strong analytical, data modeling and business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and the local language.
• Leadership abilities and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SAP (mandatory).
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Available to Promise (ATP) processes.
• Knowledge of import/export regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Inventory analysis techniques.
