About the role

The Credit Supervisor leads the Credit Granting team, ensuring that loan applications are processed quickly, accurately and in line with established procedures. The role focuses on meeting service level targets, monitoring performance indicators, identifying risks and driving continuous improvement while supporting team development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and monitor the Credit Granting Analysts to ensure compliance with procedures and area objectives.
• Guarantee agile and controlled credit analysis and approval, delivering a high level of service.
• Track request volume, response times and team capacity to optimize resource utilization.
• Evaluate high‑level approval requests and manage escalations from sales points and acquiring merchants.
• Oversee the operation of credit systems, controls and administrative processes to maintain continuity and effectiveness.
• Provide coaching, feedback and continuous support to improve team performance and operational results.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
• Experience supervising teams and managing credit analysis or granting processes.
• Strong knowledge of credit granting procedures and associated controls.
• Leadership, planning, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on results, process improvement and reporting.
• Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
