Staff Accounts Payable - LATAM Contracts

About the role

Re:Sources, the finance and accounting backbone of Publicis Groupe, is hiring a Staff Accounts Payable specialist for its Latin America contracts function. The role registers all documents needed to settle the financial liabilities of Publicis Groupe Latin America with its vendors of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and register all incoming documents and applications in the relevant systems (such as Advertmind) accurately and on time.
• Manage supplier invoicing for Argentina, including downloading invoice images into Lion Box and pre-registering them so agencies can process them.
• Handle processing exceptions and escalations, following the official escalation process and approval reviews, and promptly report system incidents to the analyst or supervisor.
• Support migrations and mergers for new countries, and assist in generating reports from the various systems.
• Oversee SAT settlements and IVA management in Latam: validate withholding calculations, report discrepancies, notify suppliers and agencies about withholdings applied to customer invoices, and apply retentions to supplier invoices.
• Monitor closing dates in Advertmind for each Business Unit to ensure correct billing cycles and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a finance-related field; advanced studies preferred.
• A year of previous experience in accounts payable, accounting or a similar finance role is preferred.
• Fluent English at upper-intermediate level (B1 or above).

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
• ERP software for data entry and payment tracking.
