Sr. Technology Project Manager - LATAM IWMS Implementation

About the role

JLL is hiring a LATAM Cluster Lead / Geography Wave Lead for the implementation of an IWMS system across Latin America, covering lease, capital planning and portfolio modules. The role coordinates between headquarters teams and LATAM area teams on data migration, change management, training and functional requirements. It is remote, based in San Jose, Costa Rica, and requires working Latin America business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between HQ development teams and LATAM Cluster/Area teams, and interface regularly with Church Cluster Ambassadors
• Facilitate feedback loops between areas and HQ to refine functional requirements and coordinate the distribution of HQ packages and deliverables
• Support preparation and validation of data migration within assigned areas, and gather functional requirement feedback from area teams
• Implement change management and training activities, support adoption of training programs, and coordinate local translation of materials
• Manage timelines and deliverables for assigned Wave/Phase, report progress, risks and outcomes to HQ, and attend regular meetings with HQ teams

Required profile

• 3-5 years of project management or program coordination experience
• Experience with enterprise software implementations, preferably IWMS or other real estate management systems
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for cross-cultural, multi-time zone collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex deliverables
• Understanding of LATAM regional business practices and cultural considerations
• English proficiency required; Spanish required, French and Portuguese helpful
