About the role

The association in Lindora, Santa Ana is looking for an Administrator to manage daily operations, billing, collections and customer service. The role ensures timely collection of maintenance fees and acts as the primary communication bridge between senior management and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration of the association, including billing, collections, and customer service functions.
• Ensure proper collection and control of maintenance fees and serve as the main communication link between senior management and residents.
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other administrative roles as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting with a focus on Finance or Accounting.
• 3‑5 years of experience in condominium administration, residential community, or property‑management environments.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in accounts receivable, debt collection, and bank reconciliations.
