Customer Onboarding Specialist – Remote LATAM

About the role

Hostaway is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join its LATAM team. You will guide new clients through their first steps on our AI‑powered vacation‑rental platform, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for success from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Implement effective onboarding processes and conduct tailored training sessions in Spanish and English.
• Develop customized onboarding materials, maintain proactive communication, and serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase.
• Collaborate with sales and customer‑success teams to identify improvement opportunities and streamline the onboarding workflow.
• Monitor onboarding metrics, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer success within SaaS.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and training abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly to new technologies, and solve problems critically.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SaaS platforms and online training tools.
