Senior Bid Specialist - RFP/RFI/RFQ Proposals

About the role

JLL is hiring a Senior Bid Specialist in Belen, Costa Rica, to own the end-to-end execution of RFP/RFI/RFQ responses. The role acts as the central coordination point for cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Business Development and Support Functions, driving complex bids from initial review through final submission while meeting client requirements and JLL's quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client RFP/RFI/RFQ documents and lead Go/No-Go, kick-off and check-in calls
• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements, gather documents and write the response
• Manage bid portals, update Bid Managers and Directors, and maintain bid statistics and repositories
• Maintain Gantt charts and workflow charts to track project progress and closure dates
• Work with graphic design, HR, Finance, Legal and Compliance, and knowledge management teams
• Coordinate the final review, production, sign-off and submission of proposals
• Track wins and losses, compile bid metrics, and identify ways to speed up draft reviews
• Manage document storage and version control

Required profile

• 6+ years of progressive experience, including 2-3 years in bid management or support at a professional services firm
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Project management and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
