Sr. Analyst - Procurement Services

About the role

WNS, part of Capgemini, is looking for a Senior Analyst for its Procurement Services practice. The role supports Sourcing Managers with category strategy, spend analysis and supplier-related activities, working closely with vendors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support Sourcing Managers with category strategy development and improvement, including overall spend data analysis and summary, and project scoping discussions with stakeholders
• Assist with requirement gathering before project scoping
• Support invoice reconciliation
• Support RFQs
• Support sending and analysing stakeholder survey results for Supplier Business Reviews
• Work closely with vendors to support or resolve their inquiries

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, operations or supply chain
• Consulting or client service delivery experience is a plus
• Experience in categories such as Professional Services, Construction, IT infrastructure, Data Center, Connectivity or Technology NPI is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork and leadership, and project management skills (planning, time management, multitasking, critical path definition)
• Strong customer service orientation, issue resolution and relationship management
• Analytical, self-driven and able to make solid decisions in sensitive client situations

Required skills

• Deep understanding of the procurement-to-pay cycle
• Strong analytical skills, including Excel with pivot tables and other functions
• Ability to work with various technology platforms
