Specialist - Pricing

About the role

Genpact is seeking a Pricing Specialist to support its CIP (Contract Incentive Plan) processes, including annual planning, ongoing management, payment/settlement, closeout, and reporting. The role involves working with internal ERP systems, SAP, and POS data to ensure accurate incentive calculations and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support CIP Annual Planning, including kickoff, entry, validation, and loading plans onto ERP systems.
• Manage agreement releases for SAP, sales accruals, growth baseline creation, and value confirmation with plan owners.
• Handle ongoing CIP management: agreement changes, credit notes, rebilling, shopping cart approval, and accrual procedures.
• Execute payment/settlement activities such as claim, short, and rebate payments.
• Perform closeout tasks, including ERP plan loading and GL reconciliation.
• Monitor incentive accuracy, communicate outcomes, and address adjustments.
• Conduct POS partner onboarding/offboarding, data collection, conditioning, quality management, and escalation meetings.
• Support chargeback data collection and conditioning similar to POS activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Finance or related field; Master’s in Finance is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as ACCA, Blackline Financial Close Level 1, CIMA, Microsoft Excel, SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting.
