About the role

Lead multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth month‑end close, reporting, and compliance with KPIs and SLAs. Build strong customer relationships and drive confidence through timely audit deliverables and process updates.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth month‑end close and reporting each month.
  • Monitor adherence to KPIs/SLA and review timely execution of controls.
  • Drive audit deliverables and submit evidence on schedule.
  • Build customer relationships, improve satisfaction, and lead process update calls.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Finance or related field; Master’s in Finance preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or FRM are a plus.
  • Proficient Spanish (C2 level).
