Spanish Content Writer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a native or near‑native Spanish Content Writer to help train next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely, you will provide high‑quality Spanish text, evaluate content against detailed rubrics, and ensure linguistic accuracy for both Latin American and European Spanish variants.

Key responsibilities

• Spot‑check Spanish items, identify quality issues, and give feedback through Discord DMs.
• Update trainers and QA teams on new guidelines, project changes, and workflow updates.
• Answer trainer/QA questions about grammar, tone, register, cultural context, and terminology.
• Activate and manage inactive contributors, track follow‑ups, and flag availability problems.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as style guides, trackers, FAQs, honeypots, and onboarding materials.
• Schedule and conduct onboarding and training sessions for new contributors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native Spanish proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent command of English for project communication.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Spanish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related workflows.
• Ability to evaluate Spanish content against detailed rubrics and spot errors such as mistranslations, missing accents, or inconsistent terminology.
