Account-Based Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Account-Based Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of targeted marketing programs designed to engage priority enterprise accounts. The role works closely with Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams to research target accounts, develop personalized campaigns, monitor engagement, and optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute 1:1, 1:many, and 1:many ABM campaigns.
• Build and maintain account segments and buying‑group audiences.
• Research target accounts to identify business triggers, insights, and engagement opportunities.
• Plan and activate campaigns across digital marketing channels, including personalized advertising, content, email, and landing‑page experiences.
• Monitor account intent, engagement signals and provide actionable insights to Sales and SDR teams.
• Track campaign performance, test new approaches and continuously optimise programs.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing or account‑based marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with campaign development and execution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Analytical, organisational and project‑management skills, with experience in account segmentation and performance analysis.
• Ability to translate account research and engagement data into actionable insights.
