Senior ABM Strategist

About the role

The Senior ABM Strategist will lead account‑based marketing initiatives for Rocket’s AMER region, partnering closely with regional sales teams to drive pipeline and accelerate deal closure. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, leveraging intent data and AI insights to support sales at the top and middle of the funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leaders through 1:1s, QBRs, and planning sessions to align ABM programs with revenue targets.
• Design and launch targeted, account‑centric marketing plans that generate new pipeline, nurture existing accounts, and enable cross‑sell opportunities.
• Use intent data, engagement signals, and AI‑driven insights to prioritize accounts and guide outreach.
• Represent Rocket at industry events and support sales in prospect, partner, and customer engagements.
• Coordinate integrated go‑to‑market tactics, including digital, field, executive, and partner‑led motions.
• Work with solution marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand experience.
• Incorporate Rocket’s partner ecosystem into regional ABM strategies and joint campaigns.
• Analyze program results, measure pipeline impact and ROI, and continuously refine tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field marketing, account‑based marketing, or B2B regional marketing.
• Proven ability to partner with sales teams and influence account strategy.
• Experience in cyber security or IT modernization solutions is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Salesforce (SFDC) proficiency.
• Experience with 6sense or similar intent‑data platforms.
