Spanish AI Trainer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a native‑level Spanish speaker to help train next‑generation AI models. Working remotely, you will ensure that Spanish content used for model training meets the highest linguistic and cultural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Spot‑check Spanish items, flag quality issues, and provide feedback through Discord.
• Communicate updates, guidelines, and workflow changes to trainers and QA staff.
• Answer language‑related questions about grammar, tone, register, and regional variations.
• Activate and monitor remote contributors, encouraging timely participation.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as style guides, FAQs, trackers, and onboarding materials.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions for new annotators and reviewers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, Education, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native Spanish proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent English to follow guidelines and communicate with the team.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Spanish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related workflows.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish grammar, spelling, punctuation, accents, tone, register, and cultural context for both Latin American and European variants.
• Experience leading or supporting remote annotation or QA teams is a strong plus.
