Sourcing Procurement Manager (6-month contract)

About the role

This temporary position (6 months, possible extension) supports the organization’s sourcing strategy by handling a high volume of low‑to‑medium value procurement projects. The role works in a hybrid environment, balancing on‑site collaboration with remote tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sourcing projects aligned with category‑level strategies for low‑to‑medium dollar spend.
• Manage a large number of sourcing requests, applying standardized procedures.
• Support contract creation, review, and negotiation to secure favorable terms.
• Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and commercial/legal conditions with suppliers.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate supplier‑related risks.
• Run low‑complexity RFQs and quick bids to identify best‑value suppliers.
• Prioritize use of preferred and existing suppliers whenever possible.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs for project completion and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data in procurement systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset.
