Business Planning Operations Analyst

About the role

The Business Planning Operations Analyst will design, manage and evaluate business plans to ensure they are operationally executable and aligned with strategic objectives. This hybrid position works on‑site two days a week at an HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short‑term business plans and data‑driven models, defining metrics and execution tactics.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement for outsourced services, from requirement gathering to supplier selection and performance monitoring.
• Analyze procurement and service data to identify cost‑saving and efficiency improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align activities with business plans and track performance against targets.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in data modeling, strategy, planning, operations or finance.
• Proven ability to build complex statistical and financial models and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Power Query for data preparation and transformation (plus).
• Power BI for data visualization and reporting (plus).
