About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our on‑site team in San José. The company sells construction‑sector products and needs a professional to grow its digital presence and drive engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Create, curate and schedule attractive content for all social platforms.
• Design and launch paid and organic social media campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, reporting KPI and ROI.
• Develop monthly content strategies focused on audience growth, engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital initiatives.
• Work with the e‑commerce department to strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media campaign management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic on‑site environment.
• High school diploma or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related fields.
