Data Operations Lead, B2B

About the role

The Vertical Data Operations Lead (B2B & Lead Gen) is a senior individual contributor embedded at the intersection of new business, marketing measurement, and complex pipeline data delivery. The role supports pre‑sales, drives data onboarding for B2B and Lead Gen clients, and ensures data readiness for measurement programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end data onboarding for B2B and Lead Gen clients, from scoping through integration validation and measurement readiness.
• Lead structured data intake sessions, document lead definitions, pipeline stage mapping, CRM field configuration and conversion logic.
• Coordinate setup of CRM connectors, MAP integrations, demand‑gen platforms and call/form tracking tools.
• Ingest and normalize unstructured lead data (CSV, spreadsheets, screenshots) using AI‑assisted schema mapping.
• Validate integrations and maintain living documentation for each client.
• Support pre‑sales calls, conduct data audits, flag custom requirements and help scope deal pricing.
• Prepare data inputs for measurement models, serve as subject‑matter expert for attribution programs, and leverage AI technologies to optimize processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years in data operations, marketing analytics or marketing technology with client‑facing responsibilities.
• Deep hands‑on experience with B2B and Lead Gen ecosystems (CRM, marketing automation, demand‑gen tools).
• Proven ability to handle unstructured lead data ingestion and normalization.
• Strong SQL skills and practical Snowflake experience.
• Comfortable speaking to prospects and gathering requirements in sales conversations.
