Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

The Digital organization is looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications, ensuring high performance and availability of our services.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain CI/CD tools and pipelines (GitLab preferred) across the organization.
• Monitor production and non‑production systems using Datadog, Splunk and other APM tools, and resolve incidents.
• Maintain containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes, and support EKS, Bamboo, Jenkins environments.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to scale applications, define Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and improve reliability.
• Develop automation scripts and infrastructure as code using Groovy, Shell, Python, Terraform, Java/JavaScript.
• Provide technical leadership for UI, APIs, microservices and on‑call support.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles.
• Strong background in Unix/Linux shell scripting and build tools (Maven, Gradle, NPM/Yarn, YAML).
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as Couchbase.
• Proficiency in static code analysis tools (Checkmarx, Sonar) and repository management (Nexus).
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
• Solid troubleshooting skills using APM tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, and log analysis with Splunk.
