Accessibility Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is seeking an Accessibility Engineer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will integrate directly into client teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to ensure web applications meet accessibility standards.

Key responsibilities

• Test web applications for accessibility issues and identify WCAG 2.2 compliance gaps.
• Document findings, create test cases, and report defects to development teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement accessible solutions and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide actionable recommendations and contribute to accessibility libraries as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in software testing, QA, or digital accessibility.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 standards and web accessibility best practices.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with assistive technologies such as JAWS and NVDA.
• Proficiency using automated accessibility testing tools combined with manual testing techniques.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
