Revenue Operations Analyst

About the role

Levelset is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join its operations team in Heredia, Costa Rica. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by improving efficiency for sales and customer success teams through administration of revenue systems and process optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as CRM administrator, maintaining data quality, hygiene, and platform usability.
• Identify process gaps, design and execute self‑driven projects to improve organization‑wide processes.
• Generate ad‑hoc operational reports to support day‑to‑day decision‑making.
• Maintain vendor relationships and troubleshoot issues within the revenue tech stack.
• Provide expert support to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams for daily operations.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of solving complex problems using logic.
• Experience working independently with high ownership of outcomes.
• Deep understanding of core GTM metrics, KPIs, and their calculations.

Required skills

• Salesforce configuration and administration.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, LeanData, Gong, or similar revenue operations tools.
• Strategic mindset toward automation and AI.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
