About the role
TCS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, collaborative, and able to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate resources across Product Management, Engineering, IT, and external partners.
- Own the overall project plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, budget, and escalations.
- Manage the Jira backlog, including epics, stories, tasks, priorities, assignments, and sprints.
- Lead Agile/Scrum activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and status meetings.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, translate business needs into actionable work, and define clear acceptance criteria.
Required profile
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar project management role.
- Advanced English communication skills.
