Sharepoint Customer Engineer (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Customer Engineer specialized in SharePoint infrastructure, administration, and design. The role is customer‑facing, working directly with enterprise and government clients to deliver advanced technical solutions, migrations, and optimizations for on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud‑based SharePoint environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, operate, and optimize on‑premises, hybrid, and online SharePoint environments.
• Deliver technical workshops, training, and advisory sessions covering SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex SharePoint infrastructure and configuration issues.
• Lead customer engagements focused on SharePoint migration, activation, and optimization.
• Collaborate with customer development teams on SharePoint development best practices.
• Automate and manage environments using PowerShell, CSOM, and related tools.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in customer‑facing roles such as systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, or IT consulting.
• Proven experience delivering SharePoint technical support and consulting services to enterprise or government clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• SharePoint infrastructure administration, deployment, and migration (on‑premises, hybrid, online).
• PowerShell, SharePoint Client Side Object Model (CSOM), Graph API.
• Azure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, SQL Server configuration, SharePoint database maintenance.
• Microsoft 365 data governance, archiving, and backup strategies.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Viva, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, and REST APIs.
