MECM/SCCM/Infrastructure Engineer – Bilingual English

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft MECM/SCCM/Intune Customer Engineer to act as a trusted consultant and technical advisor for its clients. The role involves designing, assessing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, System Center Configuration Manager, and Intune environments while helping customers achieve their endpoint management goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, review, and assess the health of MECM/SCCM infrastructure and client environments.
• Upgrade, update, maintain, and troubleshoot SCCM hierarchy components, software updates, task sequences, and related services.
• Optimize SCCM environments for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Assist customers with reporting using SCCM reporting capabilities, SSRS, and Power BI.
• Support setup, configuration, planning, and troubleshooting of SCCM Co‑Management with Intune.
• Provide training on SCCM/MECM capabilities and present technical recommendations to customer leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a deep technical expert, technology owner, or consultant for MECM/SCCM.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, consulting, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, System Center Configuration Manager, Intune.
• SQL Server, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, networking, and security.
• PowerShell scripting, SSRS reporting, Power BI.
• Windows desktop/server management, software updates, task sequences, co‑management.
