ServiceNow Technical Consultant

About the role

TCS is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support the design, architecture, implementation and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments. The consultant works with customers, technical teams and Associate Technical Consultants to define solution architecture, run technical workshops, turn requirements into technical specifications and user stories, support testing and defect remediation, and drive migration and go-live readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Define technical architecture and translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Lead technical execution and resolve complex implementation issues and escalations.
• Participate in and lead customer workshops, technical discussions and solution demonstrations.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior and associate consultants.
• Develop technical documentation, business requirement workbooks, testing plans and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Support unit testing, defect remediation, migrations, deployment and go-live readiness.
• Conduct sprint demonstrations and communicate technical decisions and business value to customers.
• Apply ServiceNow technical standards, leading practices and the Now Create methodology.

Required profile

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements and user stories.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Experience running workshops, customer demonstrations and technical knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Availability for full-time employment.
