About the role
Join the team at Wrigley Mansion as a Server, delivering friendly and professional food and beverage service to ensure high guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain a clean station before, during, and after shifts.
- Greet guests, explain specials and promotions, and take accurate orders.
- Enter orders into the Point of Sale system and coordinate with the kitchen.
- Retrieve, verify, and deliver orders with appropriate condiments.
- Follow all liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
- Replenish beverages, promote desserts and specialty coffees, and check guest satisfaction.
- Present checks and process payments according to hotel procedures.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years serving experience.
