Concierge Front Desk Host

About the role

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Concierge. The Concierge serves as the primary source of knowledge for guests about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area, creating memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Establish relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions
• Help resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
• Promote and sell special hotel programs
• Interact with hotel/resort staff professionally, assisting other departments with necessary information
• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty
• Assist other departments as needed

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong desire to make an impact on other people
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Advanced knowledge of the local area
• Computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
