Fine Dining Server – Full-Time

About the role

Join the fine‑dining team at Wrigley Mansion, delivering exceptional service in a historic, upscale setting. As a Full‑Time Server you will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure a seamless dining experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Stock all dining‑room service areas with clean silverware, glassware, linen, menus and point‑of‑sale (POS) equipment before each shift.
• Set up and break down POS terminals, ensuring they are ready for guest orders and properly secured at shift end.
• Prepare tables to 100 % guest‑ready condition, arranging chairs, linens, and tableware according to floor plan.
• Maintain adequate supplies throughout service, completing opening and closing checklists daily.
• Greet guests warmly, recite daily specials, explain menu items, and make appropriate food and wine recommendations.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and verify that food and beverages are prepared and served correctly.
• Monitor guest needs during the meal, clear dishes promptly, and present accurate, timely bills following cash‑handling procedures.
• Follow WMC service standards, health and safety guidelines, and Arizona liquor laws when handling alcoholic beverages.
• Know and recommend items from the WMC wine list, properly serve bottles, and assist with wine service.
• Wash, polish, and transport glassware, china and silver; reset tables, iron tablecloths, and keep the dining area clean and compliant with health codes.
