Senior Technical Account Manager

About the role

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to own relationships with large‑scale enterprise clients, lead complex implementations, and deliver professional account management services that drive value and renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall relationship with assigned enterprise clients, ensuring continued value growth and loyalty.
• Lead complex implementation and onboarding projects for SentinelOne products and services.
• Provide proactive communication, strategic advisory, technical project management, service reviews, escalation handling and training.
• Evaluate customer environments and design integration solutions that meet security, compliance and architectural requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales and leadership to advocate for customer needs and identify upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of field engineering experience (senior support engineer, Technical Account Manager or Pre‑Sales).
• Strong background in application or endpoint security, preferably with host‑based agents.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS and Linux environments; mobile platform experience a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently with enterprise customers and deliver high‑quality solutions.
